            Hello everyone my name is chaklasiya priyanka welcome to the my blog.Today we discuss about the women empowerment.First of all we have so many question around our mind that is  what is the women empowerment ? Why we need to women empowerment and why we should aware about it ??it is required to know about women empowerment?

Now we can start with empower meaning. The empower means give encourage and boostup its strength so basic meaning of the empower women is give the encouraged and respect her any kind of the task like housekeeping or any organization working.There are many type of the women empowerment is like economic empowerment ,education empowerment,domestic empowerment,social empowerment,political empowerment etc.In now a days women's employment is major impressive part of the any kind of organization.A good worth company should be aware about the advantage about the empower women.In Western countries, female empowerment is often associated with specific phases of the women's rights movement in history.In short we can say that the women empowerment is a process of the promoting the women's to be self depending the self wealth.

 Today's women is self depending and its able to handle any kind of task just like multiple task done by her at the same time .women play the various kind of blog like mother,sister,daughter, nurse,teacher, hr officer, CEO,scientists etc job are done by today's women faithfully.she can able to stop the any kind of the crime towards on her.she is being a digital durga she can take care of her child and family and give a high performance at work area same time 

Now I tell a one interested story about the one brave girl which name is mitva.mitva is an intelligence and brave girl .she want to study more higher after pass 12 standard but her parents think that after some year mitva marry another person and she don't earn to us so we don't need to study more .Is that right decision? What is fault of the mitva ? It is she is girl .change your mind and update your mindset .girls and boys both are equal .girls proove every time better compare than boys.

Our society bleam every reped girl but it can not see the untolerance pain about that girl .everybody say that girl is the respect of the family but they can not trust about their girl child .

In last I want to just say that's change you mind and give chance to make you feel proud ...
