Today we discuss about the women and new generation women empowerment . we knows that every women play various role like a daugther , teacher , gudian , mother , sister etc role is play by the women effectively and hearty in their life. women can not about complain  any kind of  tedious to the work. she play diffrent kind of work and feel happy with thier family. A women is a symbol of the stragth , money . But some people say that the women is just only backbone work she made for the do only household work . But reality is diffraent the women is most impaotant role of the our life. A man think that he is best and he can do anything but in his life three major role mother , daughter and wife play by women. he understand the impotance of the women after be a father of the one daughter. Let's we start about the women empowerment and its's need...      

Women empowerment basic meaning to give encourage them any kind of task and give them respect of the any kind of task or give them freedom for take her own desion . it is our major responsiblity to give them respect for any kind of task . Today women can not stop with working after marragie she can able to handle with any kind of task and any kind of work. now a days we listen about repe , child weddings , domestic voiance , divorce etc crime towards women. A women is a symbol of the maa shakti and mahakalika . she very well knows how to handle the repiest and any kind of criminal. but she wear the slience but that is not means that she can not do anything. Today modrean women knowlege is higher compare then mens and she knows how to handle any kind of task.

.women empowerment is done by many organization by this following way--

• grow more girl child education
• aware about the women empowerment
• give freedom for the your child 
• social work grow up
• aware society about the child education 
• stop girl child marriage
• stop home voilance
• stop repe
• be aware about duty.

women empowerment has mainly five types--

1) educational empowerment

2) political empowerment

3) economical empowerment

4) social empowerment

5)physical empowerment

we must have be proud to our land which is has a very perious golden gems like kalpana chava, rani lakxmibai , sarojani naydu , indira gandhi , priyanka chopra , kiran bedi etc .All this women prove better compare than other..
